摘要
目的调查男护士不良心理健康状况及其影响因素,分析其产生的原因,并为该特定人群的心理卫生干预提供理论依据及对策。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问题表,对四川省川北医学院第一及第二临床医学院55名男护士进行心理健康状态调查,并与常模进行比较,同时对不良心理状况的应对方式及效果进行统计与分析。结果男护士SCL-90各因子分在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑方面与常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在不良心理应对方式上,常采用消极应对的男护士心理健康状况较差,特别是抑郁、焦虑、偏执症状分和总均分较积极应对的男护士差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论男护士社会压力大、缺乏职业成就感、待遇低是导致其不良心理状态及职业流失的主要原因。为了避免这些不良心理因素对护理工作的影响及减少男护士的流失率,必须给予足够的重视且采取相应的干预对策。
Objective To investigate the adverse psychological health status of male nurses and its causes to provide the theoretical basis and countermeasures of mental health interventions for specific populations.Methods SCL-90 and the coping inventory were used to investigate the mental health status of 55 male nurses from the First and Second Clinical Medical College of the North Sichuan Medical College in Sichuan Province,which was compared with the norm.Their coping styles and effects of adverse psychological conditions were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of each SCL-90 factor in male nurses were statistically different compared with the control group in terms of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety(P0.01).In the coping styles of unhealthy psychology,the male nurses usually adopting negative coping had poor psychology health status,especially the scores and the total average scores in depression,anxiety and pararoid symptom were lowere than those in the male nurses adopting active coping,difference showing statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Large social pressure,lack of occupational achievement sense and low-paying are the main reasons leading to adverse psychological status and occupational loss of male nurses.Adequate attention and appropriate intervention measures must be given in order to avoid these unhealthy psychological factors impact on the nursing work and reducing the loss rate of male nurses.
