INFI-90分散控制系统控制的低压电机自启动原因分析

摘要 对鹤岗发电厂两台 3 0 0MW机组INFI 90分散控制系统 (以下简称DCS系统 )所控制的低压电机的自启动现象进行分析 ,从热控、电气的设计、安装及调试的角度入手查找产生低压电机自启动的原因。并且从理论上对DCS系统与低压电机电气控制装置的接口进行探讨 ,提出解决电机自启动现象的技术措施。对提高系统可靠性提出了相应的建议。 The paper described the out of control phenomenon of 300 MW units' low voltage motor under control of distributed control system and the subsequence checking and testing in Hegang Power Plant,and analyzed the causes of the low voltage motor out of control phenomenon.A theoretical exploration about the technology of interface between the distributed control system and the contol equipment of low voltage motor has been presented,and the technique of solving the out of control of motor has been given.Further more,for the technology of interface between distributed control system and the low voltage electrical equipment,the paper gave out suitable suggestions for increasing of the system reliability.
