摘要
通过在LED芯片上涂敷有机材料MPPV粉胶层,然后用点YAG粉胶层的方法来研究白光LED的发光光谱,并提高其显色指数,其中MPPV与YAG的质量分数分别为0、1%、4%和6%。结果表明,随着MPPV质量分数的增加,光谱中红光区域峰值逐渐增加,当其质量分数为4%时,出现了明显的红光区域峰值,显色指数高达88,而且通过显色指数的标准计算方法、对照8个标准试验色及其对应的特殊显色指数,分析研究了MPPV能够大幅度提高白光LED显色指数的原因。
The spectrum of white LED was studied and the color rendering index was improved respectively.Here,the MPPV was coated to the LED chips,then the YAG phosphor on top of MPPV.The weight ratio of MPPV was 0,1%,4% and 6% relative to YAG respectively.From the results of ratio increasing,we found that the peak increased significantly in the region of red light.The red region appeared radiation peak obviously and the color rendering index reached 88 when the ratio was 4%.Moreover,we studied and analyzed why MPPV can improve the CRI of white LED significantly based on the standard calculation method of CRI,by contrasting to the eight standard test color and the corresponding special color rendering index.
