摘要
针对目前国内外对电动护理床的需求,提出了一种基于CAN总线的多功能电动护理床。简要介绍了护理床的结构、功能以及CAN总线通信模式。阐述了应用单片机仿真PLC控制的硬件电路设计和软件逻辑流程,设计方案不仅满足了受护理人对护理床多功能和多体位的要求,同时提高了系统的可靠性和时实性。
Demand for care bed at home and abroad, proposed care bed based on CAN Bus.This article introduces the basic structure and function in motor drive module of muhifnnctional nursing beds,and uses CAN bus as a means of communication.The design method of software and hardware of the simulation of the PLC control was discussed.The new system not only meet the requirement of multi-function and many kinds of position of the nursing bed, but also enhances the ability of real-tmie control and reliability.
