摘要
该文介绍了基于家庭的远程健康监护系统的概念、历史、及现状。从早期的传统社区报警系统开始逐渐融入了远程医疗的概念,形成了融合生理参数监测的社区报警系统;为实现家居环境下监护长期性、连续性,不断吸收先进传感器、网络、信息技术的最新研究成果,出现基于家庭的智能健康监护系统的研究。同时提出在具体实施时,客户端配备适当设备,减轻护理压力;基于HealthLevel7标准实现系统和现有以医院为核心的健康服务体系整合;系统软件设计不依赖于具体硬件的运行框架,具备有良好的伸缩性。
The concept,history,actuality of Home Health Telemonitoring System(HHTS)is introduced.With the development of community alarm system,some thoughts of telemedicine have been fused gradually.The telemonitoring of vital signs has been integrated into the community system.Current researches focus on the adoption of the newest achievements of advanced sensor,network,information technology for the long-term,continuously monitoring at home.It is called intelligent HHTS.Some opinions are proposed for the implement of HHTS.Firstly,some devices need to be offered for alleviating the healthcare pressure in client;secondly,for being integrated into existing hospital-center healthcare systems,the HHTS will be implemented based on Health Level 7 standards;and thirdly,the scalable software architecture will be adopted independent of the hardware infrastructure.
