摘要
目的观察精制清开灵注射液对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用正常大鼠及自制高脂饲料诱导的高脂血症大鼠模型,观察精制清开灵注射液黄芩苷(4.4 g/L)、栀子苷(0.4 g/L)、胆酸(3.0 g/L)、去氧胆酸(2.6 g/L)对正常大鼠及高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。66只清洁级SD大鼠分为正常组,模型组,精制清开灵低、中、高剂量组(1.5、3.0、6.0 mL/kg,分别相当于人临床剂量3、6、12倍,)和降脂通络软胶囊组(30 mg/kg)。分别给予正常及自制高脂饲料进食45 d后,开始灌胃给药15 d,给药前后分别心脏取血检测血脂水平。结果模型组大鼠与正常大鼠相比较,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)均有显著性升高(P<0.01),模型制备成功。相较于模型组,精制清开灵注射液对高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均有明显降低作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),而对血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)有明显升高作用。结论精制清开灵注射液对高脂血症大鼠血脂有明显降低作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Jingzhi Qingkailing Injection on blood fat in rats with experimental hyperlipidemia. Methods Normal rats and rat model of hyperlipidemia induced by self-made high fat fodder were used to observe the influences of Jingzhi Qingkailing ( containing 4.4 g/L baicalin ,0.4 g/L geniposide,3.0 g/L eholie acid and 2.6 g/L deoxycholic acid)on normal rats and rats with hyperlipidemia. SD rats (n = 66 ) were randomly divided into normal group, model group, group with low-dose Jingzhi Qingkailing Injection (1. 5 mL/kg, low-dose group), mid-dose of Jingzhi Qingkailing Injection (3.0 mL/kg, mid-dose group), high-dose of Jingzhi Injection (6.0 mL/kg, high- dose group) and Jiangzhi Tongluo Capsules group (30 mg/kg, JTC group, each n = 11 ). All rats were respectively given normal or high fat fodder for 45 days, and then intragastrically given medicinals for 15 days. The level of blood fat was detected before and after the treatment. Results Compared with normal group, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) increased significantly in model group (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with model group, the levels of serum TC, TG and LDL decreased significantly in low-dose group, mid-dose group and high-dose group (P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05 ) , and HDL level increased significantly.
