椎间盘退变动物模型的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 椎间盘退变或突出是引起腰腿痛的常见原因,严重影响人类健康。目前普遍认为,椎间盘退变是一个多因素参与、多种机制共同作用的结果,椎间盘退变的共同病理表现有细胞减少、蛋白聚糖含量减少、胶原纤维增多、纤维环结构紊乱和破裂等。
