摘要
目的探讨肿瘤患者家属心理状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表SCL-90调查660例住院肿瘤患者家属的心理状况以及影响因素,采用SAS 9.1统计软件进行数据统计分析。结果总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳性症状均分、人际关系敏感、偏执3项分值低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性肿瘤患者家属的人际关系敏感、敌对和偏执因子分高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性肿瘤患者家属与女性肿瘤患者家属在不同文化程度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤患者家属的心理健康状况比一般人群差,男性肿瘤患者家属的心理健康状况在人际关系、敌对和偏执方面比女性肿瘤患者家属差,文化程度可能对肿瘤患者家属的心理健康状况没有影响。
Objective To investigate the status of psychological health and influential factors in the family members of patients with tumor. Methods Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） was implied in the family members of patients with tumor, and statistical analysis was conducted by the SAS 9. 1. Results Our study found that the score of the total score, total average score, number of positive items, somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety, phobic, anxiety, were significantly higher than the national norms （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and average score of positive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid ideation, were significantly lower than the national norms （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The male family members of patients with tumor were worse than the female counterparts in the interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and paranoid ideation. There was no significant difference between different educational groups. Conclusions The status of psychological health of family members of patients with tumor was worse than normal population. Male family members of patients with tumor faced some psychological problems, such as interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and paranoid ideation, and education may have no impact on the family members of patients with tumor.
