摘要
纵观中非合作关系的历史变迁进程，中国注重推进同非统乃至非盟关系的深入发展，．中国与非统关系的核心内容，是中国对非统领导的民族独立运动的积极声援和坚定支持，中国也因此赢得了非洲国家的信任，进而极大改善了自身的国际环境。新时期，中国同非盟开展南南合作的战略基础，逐步由反帝、反殖、反霸斗争中的相互支持转向了对和平与发展事业的共同追求，中国与非盟的合作机制初步建立，双边关系的定位逐步清晰，合作内容也得到显著拓展。中国与非盟关系的全面展开，拓展了中非新型战略伙伴关系的内容与形式，成为当代中非关系全面提升的重要体现。双方合作关系的深化，对于非洲发展、中非关系及世界体系变迁都具有重要的意义。
Based on the process of historical change of Sino - African relations, China paid attention to developing the relations with the OAU and AU. The core content of the relations between China and OAU is China＇ s active support and firm assistance for the national independence movement led by the OAU; therefore, China won the trust of African countries and thus greatly improved the international environment which China faced. In the new era, the strategic basis of South - South cooperation between China and AU gradually turned to the pursuit of the common cause of peace and development from the mutual support in the struggle against imperialism, colonialism and hegemonism. The cooperation mechanism between China and AU gradually established, the positioning of bilateral relations became clearer, and the content of cooperation has also been significantly expanded. The full development of China＇ s relations with AU expanded the content and forms of the new type of China - Africa strategic partnership, and became an important manifestation of comprehensive promotion of contemporary Sino - African relations. The deepening of the relations between China and AU will have important implication for the development of Africa and the change of world system.
