转Bt玉米对生长期五指山猪血清生化指标及相关酶含量的影响 被引量:1

Influences of genetically modified Bt maize on serum biochemical indexes and correlative enzyme concentrations of Wuzhishan pigs in growing period

摘要 选取2月龄遗传背景相近、初始体重(9.80±0.41)kg、健康断奶五指山猪72头,随机分为2处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复6头。分别饲喂含转Bt玉米(试验组)和非转基因玉米(对照组)的日粮。试验为期68 d,于第68天采血取样。结果表明:(1)试验组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、尿素氮、甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平均与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)两组间血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶及碱性磷酸酶含量也未达到显著差异的水平(P>0.05)。结果提示,转Bt玉米对生长期五指山猪血清生化指标及相关酶含量未产生不良影响。 Seventy two 2-month-old healthy weaned pigs with the similar genetic backgrounds and average initial weight of (9.80 ± 0.41) kg were randomly arranged into two treatments with 6 replicates of 6 pigs each.Pigs were fed on diets containing genetically modified Bt maize (experimental group)or non-genetically modified maize (Control group)dur- ing the period of 68 days,respectively. Blood was collected on day 68 for sampling.The results showed that: ( 1 )Serum to- tal protein, albumin, globulin, glucose, urea nitrogen, triglyceride and total cholesterin levels of experimental group were not significantly different from those of control group(P 〉 0.05 ). (2)No significant differences were observed in serum glutamic oxaloacetic transferase, glutamic pyruvic transferase and alkaline phosphatase contents of the two groups(P 〉 0.05).In con- clusion,there were no adverse effects of genetically modified Bt maize on serum biochemical indexes and correlative en- zyme concentrations of Wuzhishan pigs in growing period.
