摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同剂量半胱胺对肉羊血液生化指标及胴体品质的影响。采用完全随机试验设计,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别在基础日粮中添加10、15、20mg·kg-1BW的半胱胺。试验结果表明:3个试验组均可以不同程度地改善胴体品质,但未达到显著水平(p>0.05);血液生化指标中葡萄糖、总蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶达到显著水平(p<0.05),总胆固醇、白蛋白试验组较对照组略有升高未达到显著水平(p>0.05)。总体而言,以试验1组10mg·kg-1BW的半胱胺效果最佳。
Effects of different accession of cysteamine in daily feed on carcass quality and serum parameters of mutton sheep were studied by random trial. Control group sheep were fed to basal die, test groups sheep were fed to 10, 15, 20 mg · kg^-1 BW crsteamine and basal die. Results showed that all the test groups could improve carcass quality of mutton sheep, but could not come to significant level （p〉0.05）. Glucose, total protein, alanine aminotransferase of serum parameters achieved significant level （p〈0.05）. Total cholesterol and albumin of test groups increased compared to the control, but could not come to significant level （p〉0.05）. In a word, test group with addition of 10 mg·kg^-1 BW cysteamine was considered the optimum group.
