重症颅脑损伤急诊手术的麻醉效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨重症颅脑损伤急诊手术麻醉效果。方法本次研究选择的对象共40例,均为我院2011年4月至2012年4月收治的重症颅脑损伤开展急诊手术救治的患者,回顾分析其临床麻醉资料。结果全组麻醉管理中无误吸、无呕吐,麻醉效果良好,无死亡事件发生。与术前比较,平均动脉压(MAP)术中显著下降;与术前比较,心率(HR)在插管前、减压时、手术结束后均有明显变化,但MAR值、HR值变化均在正常范围内,以降颅压、扩容等处理,围术期无血流动力学剧变等较为严重的并发症发生,循环稳定,生命体征平衡,SPO2显著改善。结论重症颅脑损伤采用丙泊酚微量泵静脉复合全身麻醉,在急诊手术中具有较高的有效性和安全性,麻醉中维持循环功能稳定、充分氧合及合理通气,可为手术成功提供保障。
