摘要
提出一种新的配电网规划模型 ,目标函数中不仅包含投资、维护和运行费用 ,还包含用户停电损失 ,即考虑配电网的可靠性价值 ,以取得最好的社会效益。分析了国外 2种配电网接线方案构造方法的不足 ,提出了一种工作在地理信息系统平台上适用于各种复杂网络结构的配电网接线构造方法——根节点融合法。利用最小路法求取配电网可靠性数据 ,用遗传算法求解该问题。
A new planning model for distribution system is proposed not only taking capital investment. maintenance expenseand operation cost into account. but also considering the factor of distribution system reliability. For the construction methodfor distribution system, the author adopts a new root nodes fusion method capable of easily dealing with complex system onGIS platform and capable of avoiding some shortcomings in current method. The minimal path method is used for gettingreliability indices of distribution system and the solution of the planning problem is obtained by using GA.
