高龄老年患者阵发性房颤的诱因分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析高龄老年患者阵发性房颤的诱因。方法选择住院期间有房颤发作的患者共141例,平均年龄(77.7±6.58)岁。记录患者房颤发作前及终止后的临床症状、体征;心率、血压及血氧饱和度等。结果房颤发作前伴有收缩压显著升高、心率显著减慢、缺氧加重、心肌缺血加重及心功能恶化。结论房颤发作前后收缩压、心肌缺血,氧饱和度,心功能及心率等变化具有显著性差别,特别是收缩压升高、心功能恶化发生率最高。
