摘要
在简要介绍配电网自动化工程特点的基础上 ,对其综合技术经济效益及停电损失的评估进行了讨论 ,如用户停电损失、电力部门的停电损失及行业部门的停电损失 ,对一些实际的对象给出了相应的数据。
Based on the brief introduction of power distribution automation project,its overall technological and economic benefit is well studied and the outage loss evaluation is elaborated through three aspects:user loss,electric department or utility loss,and industry loss.Data are given for some losses.It is useful in decision making of power distribution automation project.
