摘要
目的探讨两种麻醉方式用于髋关节置换术的临床比较分析。方法以髋关节置换术的患者为研究对象,分为腰-硬联合麻醉组和硬膜外麻醉组。结果研究组和对照组麻醉前、后的HR、MAP差异无统计学意义。结论腰-硬联合麻醉在髋关节置换术效果更好,并发症和术后疼痛更少一些。
Objective To study two kinds of anesthesia methods for hip arthroplasty：a comparative analysis.Methods For hip replacement patients as research object,divided into combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia group group.Results The study group and the control group before anesthesia,after HR,MAP had no significant difference.Conclusion Spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip arthroplasty effect better,less complications and postoperative pain.
