摘要
目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉联合全身麻醉用于老年患者髋关节置换术的麻醉效果。方法髋关节置换术老年患者70例,随机分为全身麻醉组(A组)和腰硬联合麻醉联合全身麻醉组(B组)各35例。记录患者麻醉中低血压、高血压和出血情况。记录患者术后苏醒时间及躁动情况。结果与A组比较,B组低血压发生率和高血压发生率低(P<0.05),出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与A组比较,B组术后苏醒快、躁动少(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术手术患者,腰硬联合麻醉复合全身麻醉术中维持平稳、术后苏醒快、质量好、并发症少。
Objective To probe into the anesthetic effects of lumbar-epidural anesthesia com- bined with general anesthesia of elderly patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery. Methods The 70 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into general anesthesia （Group A） and lumbar-epidural anesthesia （B Group）,each with 35cases. Recorded were hypotension, hypertension and bleeding during anesthesia as well as postoper- ative recovery time and restlessness of patients. Results Compared with group A,the incidence of hypotension and hypertension were lower in Group B （P〈0. 05）, the differences in the a- mount of bleeding was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05） ;compared with Group A, Group B showed quicker recovery and little restlessness after surgery （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Lumbar- epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia has the advantages of being stable, quick in recovery, effective for elderly patients undergoing femoral neck fracture.
