摘要
母线保护是电力系统中最重要的保护 ,其正确动作直接影响到电力系统安全、稳定运行。作者以母线保护输入阻抗为线索 ,阐述了低阻抗、中阻抗及高阻抗母线保护的特点及使用范围。分析了中国电力系统广泛采用的中阻抗母线保护的原理 ,结合电力系统的实际情况对母线各种运行状态 ,如正常运行、区外故障 CT未饱和、区外故障 CT饱和、区内故障以及区内故障 CT饱和等情况对保护的性能进行了定性、定量分析 ,根据中阻抗电流差动继电器动作特性曲线得到保护在各种运行方式下稳定运行的条件。并提出了辅助变流器、差动回路、电压闭锁、交流断线闭锁等重要环节的整定原则及方法。此外还阐述了中阻抗母线保护装置在投入运行前的各种实验 ,运行、维护应注意事项。最后指出中阻抗母线保护方案在快速动作、较好的抗 CT饱和性能、装置原理及实现简单、可靠等方面具有较大的优势。
The busbar protection is the most important protective relayings in plants and substations of power system, the correctness of its action will directly influence to the security and stability of power system. The theory of mid impedance busbar protection which is widely used in power systems in China is analyzed in this paper. The properties of all kinds of actual and running states for the mid impedance busbar protection are discussed, such as normal operation, inner fault, external fault, CT saturation and so on. The setting rules and method, the preparation for running and the operation of this protection are presented. The mid impedance protection is of following advantages:short tripping time, better performance of anti saturation of CT, easy to implementation and more reliable.
