阿司匹林对环磷酰胺模型小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究阿司匹林对环磷酰胺模型昆明种小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法试验分为4组,依次是对照组、阿司匹林组、环磷酰胺组、环磷酰胺+阿司匹林组。MTT法检测T、B淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的活性。结果结果显示,环磷酰胺组淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞活性都受到了抑制,尤其是胸腺T淋巴细胞的活性显著降低(P<0.05)。环磷酰胺+阿司匹林组给药后,细胞活性有增强的趋势,但结果不显著(P>0.05)。阿司匹林组小鼠血液、脾脏、胸腺的T细胞活性不同程度的都增强,但与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);B淋巴细胞的活性未见明显变化。结论研究结果提示阿司匹林可以对抗环磷酰胺对T淋巴细胞的免疫抑制作用。 Objective To study the effect of Aspirin on immune function in Cyclophosphamide mice. Methods There were 4 groups including control group, Aspirin group, Cyclophosphamide group and Cyclophosphamide + Aspirin group. The T and B lymphocyte and peritoneal macrophage were detected by MTT colorimetric assays. Results The lymphocyte and macrophage activity in Cyclophosphamide group were inhabited, especially the thymic lymphocyte T activity was inhibited significantly(P〈0.05).The cytoactive of Cyclophosphamide + Aspirin group was enhanced, but there was no significant effect(P〉0.05). Aspirin enhanced the activity of T lymphocyte in blood, spleen and thymus in Immune-inhibited Mice in a short period, but there was no significant effect(P〉0.05), and there was no significant effect on B lymphocyte activity. Conclusion This indicated that Aspirin could reduce the immune inhibition of Cyclophosphamide to T lymphocyte.
