摘要
目的:研制医院急诊管理软件,并应用于急诊临床医疗工作。方法:采用微软可视化编程工具Microsoft Visual FoxPro开发软件,自主开发适用于医院急诊管理的计算机辅助专家系统。医务人员通过该系统随时查阅急诊疾病的诊断和治疗,并可以进行流行病学分析,提出相应对策。结果:系统主要包括急诊流行病统计分析模块、急诊患者抢救质量控制模块、急诊患者抢救临床路径管理模块、急诊患者护理程序管理模块、急诊医学培训管理模块,并可对急诊统计数据进行处理和分析。结论:该软件可以满足急诊临床抢救需要,并可作为管理、科研、培训之用,具有较好的临床实用价值。
Objective： To meet the needs of emergency clinical work, development and clinical application of hospital emergency management software. Method：Microsoft Visual FoxPro, which is one of Microsoft＇s visual pro- gramming tool, is used to develop autonomously computer-aided expert system included the information manage- ment system of the emergency medicine. Through the system, medical personnel at any time may access diagnosis and treatment of emergency disease, proceed epidemiological analysis and propose countermeasures. Result： The system is mainly consisted of the module of statistic analysis, the module of quality control of emergency rescue, the module of flow path of emergency rescue, the module of nursing care in emergency rescue, and the module of rescue training. The emergency statistical data can be processed and analyzed. Conclusion： This software meet the emer gency rescue needs, and may serve as management, research, training. This software has good clinical value.
