摘要
目的研究适合于医院急诊中心的数字化结构体系,以实现急诊医疗与管理信息的采集、加工、存储、传输和服务的自动化。方法剖析急诊中心工作流程,设计数字化体系,开发急诊信息系统,集成与急诊救治相关的HIS、LIS、PACS、重症监护等信息系统。结果数字化体系有挂号工作站、分诊工作站、急救诊室工作站、急救室工作站、ICU工作站、留观病区医护工作站、输液室工作站及急救手术室工作站等9个子系统,实现了急诊救治工作的数字化。结论数字化急诊中心的建立,明显缩短病人救治时间,全面提升急诊医疗救治与管理水平。
Objective Study the digital structure system for the hospital's emergency center, so to actualize automatization of collection, processing, storage, transmission of the medical and managerial information and service in the emergency department. Methods Via the analysis of the work flow in the emergency treatment center, design a digitized system, develop an emergency information system, and integrate the emergency rescue related systems such as HIS, LIS, PACS and Intensive Care Information System. Results The digitization system involves nine subsystems: Registration Workstation, Distribution Workstation, Emergency Workstation, ICU Workstation, Observation Wards Workstation, Transfusion Workstation and First-aid Operation Workstation, etc. It realizes digitization of the emergency rescue and treatment work. Conclusions Erection of the digitization emergency center will evidently shorten the patients rescuing time and all-sidedly boost the medical and managerial level in the emergency department.
