摘要
20世纪 90年代中期以后 ,我国民营经济普遍陷入“二次创业”的困境之中。针对所存在的问题 ,民营经济应进一步解放思想 ,增强创新观念 ;调整产品结构 ,转变经济增长方式 ;推进产权制度改革 。
Based on a summary of the context and conditions in which local run economy is starting the second undertaking, the author has made an in depth analysis of the various difficulties and problems encountered in the process of the second undertaking , and focused on the solutions and ways to choose.
