摘要
本文针对近几年来货币政策传导机制所暴露出的问题 ,从理论分析的角度 ,首先指出当前国民经济活力不足 ,主要不是货币供应量的问题 ,而是货币政策传导机制存在体制性梗阻 ;并分析了货币政策传导机制中传导机构和客体缺乏活力、路径过窄、速度下降、动力和信号失真、环境不乐观等问题 ;其后 ,论述了在转轨经济时期货币政策传导机制不畅与实体经济体制不健全之间存在着相互牵制、相互影响的关系 ;最后 。
Thispaperfocusontheproblemsinmonetarypolicytransmissionmechanismemergeddur ingrecentyears.Firstly ,itraisestheproblemofthelackofdynamisminthecurrenteconomicsitu ation .Itdoesnotstemfromthemonetarysupply,butthemonetarytransmissionmechanism .Sec ondly ,italsotakesaccountseveralelementsofthemonetarytransmission ,suchastheinstitution , theobject,thepath ,thesignalandtheenvironmentetc.Thirdly,itdwellsontheinterrelationship betweenthemalfunctionofmonetarytransmissioninthetransitioneconomyandthedeficiencyofreal economy.Itprovidespolicyadviceonimprovementoftheefficiencyofthemonetarytransmission mechanism .
