摘要
职业生涯规划课程是高校开展职业指导教育的重要内容,如何合理设计职业生涯规划课程,最大限度地提高教学质量和教学效果,有效地帮助大学生设计适合自己的职业生涯规划是目前各高校努力研究的方向。本文以职业生涯规划课程中实验课的设置为核心内容,结合教学目标对实验课的设置进行了理论与实践探索,同时概要介绍了实验内容的考核和教学实践中的一些感想。
Career planning course is an important part of the col- lege vocational guidance education. How to design career planning courses, to maximize the quality of teaching and teaching effectiveness, and help college students to design their own career planning is the directions of college research efforts. In this article, experimental class setting of college career planning courses is the core content, combined with the theory and practice ex- ploring on experimental class setting, while an overview of the assessment in experiment contents and some thoughts in teaching practice.
