摘要
本文采用分析法和综合法对大连工业大学信息科学与工程学院高校青年教师队伍思想政治建设进行调研分析与研究调研分析表明:十二五期间,学院制定了由教学型向教学研究型转变的学院建设发展目标,在青年教师队伍思想政治建设方面,坚持以人为本,注重组织建设与制度建设;坚持显性教育与隐性教育相结合,加强作风建设与反腐倡廉建设;注重青年教师队伍思想政治建设的实效,成果突出。
Using analysis and synthesis method, this paper investigates on ideological and political construction of young teachers in College of Information Science and Engineering of Dalian Polytechnic University. And then this paper mainly interprets the investigation conclusion.
