摘要
开展学生综合素质评价,应具有与社会主流价值观一致的导向,既注重教育引导又兼顾教育服务,具有正负向的激励作用,可操作与灵活性。实施综合素质测评需要发挥学生的主体作用,加强综合素质评价信息管理和评价程序管理。
Formulation of "Supplementary regulation of Students' Comprehensive Quality Assessment"should follow such principles: Social orientation is consistent with Social mainstream values; Focus on education guide as well as education service;play a role in positive and negative invigorative function; Operational and flexible. The implementation of comprehensive quality assessment need to play the main role of students,enhances the information management of Comprehensive quality assessment and the management of evaluation procedure.
