摘要
介绍了一台小型强流脉冲离子束加速器的结构组成 ,采用箍缩反射型离子二极管 ,可以稳定工作的峰值电压为 2 0 0 k V,得到了峰值为 1 .5k A、脉宽约 2 0 ns的离子束流 ,平均离子流密度 1 1 0 A/ cm2。
The structure of a miniature pulsed ion beam accelerator with the pinch-reflex ion beam diode is described. The diode can steadily work at the voltage of 200kV,and the ion beam current of 1.5kA, average ion beam current density of 110A/cm-2 with a pulse width of about 20ns is obtained.
