摘要
本文针对我国国情和路情,论证了当前我国发展高速铁路势在必行。在分析发展高速铁路经济效益的基础上,提出了我国发展高速铁路的模式和具体建议,并就发展高速铁路的有关技术政策提出了一些意见。
According to the condition of our counry and the characteristics of China's railway,this paper demonstra.es the urgency of developing China highspeed railway. On the basis of analysing economic effect on developing highspeed railway, the ar(?)icle points out a model and particular sugyestion of developing high-speed railway, and makes some comments on the technical policy of developing high speed railway.
