摘要
通过对陕西省主要火电厂电煤需要量及不同运输方式优劣比较分析，提出了铁路、公路合理分工，扬长避短，共图发展的战略设想。就铁路如何进一步适应市场，优质服务，搞好陕西煤炭，特别是电煤运输进行了探讨。
Having analyzed the coaldem and by m ain therm al pow er plants in Shaanxi province and contrasted the advantages and disadvantages of several m odes, the author proposed that there should be a rational transportdivision betw een railw ay and road in orderto m ake best use of their ow n advantages and bypass the disadvantages and realize the joint developm ent of the tw o m odes.The author studied how railw ay can m eet m arket need further,carry out good service to do w ell in the coal transport m arket,especially in the coalfor electricity in Shaanxiprovince.
