摘要
本文以阳光体育背景下上海市校园足球课外活动的现状和对策为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法进行探究,得出以下结论:上海市校园足球课外活动的开展情况不容乐观;管理组织机构职责不明确;计划方案不配套,难以落实;活动的组织者和辅导者专业素养不足;课外活动的内容不系统、针对性不强;组织形式单一,保障体系不完善。基于此,提出相应建议:进一步完善、健全校园足球课外活动的管理体制;进一步完善市、区、校三级课外活动方案;合理制定安排校园足球课外活动内容;进一步完善、健全保障体系;校园足球课外活动的组织形式应丰富多样。
This paper analyzes the current status of taking football as an extracurricular activity in Shanghai in the context of ＂Sunshine Sport＂ through the documents, expert interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statis- tics. The results show that football is not successfully taken as an extracurricular activity because of the unclear responsibilities, unfeasible plans, insufficient professional knowledge, and the incomplete system of the organiza- tion. Thus, this paper puts forwards suggestions that the management system should be improved, the plans of ex- tracurricular activity should be formulated by the municipal government, the district government and the school, and also the football activity needs to be diversified.
