摘要
本文应用因子分析和线性结构方程式模型分析和探讨胃癌患者生存质量的影响因素。结果表明癌症患者的生理状态对心理状态有显著影响 ,对癌症患者的生存质量有影响的因素有 :病情、存活时间、年龄、手术情况、性别、营养状况。
The Factor Analysis and LISREL Model are used to study influencing factors on the quality of survival in 423 cases of gastric carcinoma patients.It shows that the patient's physiological state has a remarkable effect on their psychological state and the factors influe ncing the quality of survival are patient's condition,survival time,age,operation,sex and nutrition condition.
