摘要
目的总结背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术治疗乳腺分叶状肿瘤的围手术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析和总结11例乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者行背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术治疗的护理经过。结果11例乳腺分叶状肿瘤的患者行背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术后,1例乳头坏死、2例乳房局部皮肤坏死、1例背阔肌术区血肿、1例乳房皮下积液,经及时治疗和恰当的护理后均痊愈出院。结论护士进行正确的心理护理、体位护理、伤口护理引、流管护理及康复护理,同时加强并发症的预见性观察和护理是背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术治疗乳腺分叶状肿瘤获得成功的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the key points of perioperative nursing in the treatment of phyllodes tumor via latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap breast reconstruction.Methods Comprehensive perioperative care was provided for 11 patients who underwent latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap breast reconstruction,including psychological nursing,postural nursing,wound management,drainage tube management,ipsilateral upper extremity rehabilitation,as well as observation of complications.Results Among the eleven patients,one got papillary necrosis,two got partial skin necrosis in the breast,and one got hematoma in the latissimus dorsi donor site and one got breast subcutaneous fluid collection.All of them were healed and discharged after receiving timely treatment.Conclusion Comprehnesive perioperative care and observation of complications are essential for the successful treatment of phyllodes tumor via latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap breast reconstruction.
