卵泡液中VEGF水平对体外受精-胚胎移植临床结局的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不孕症患者在接受体外受精一胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中,取卵日卵泡液内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平与妊娠结局的关系。方法对2011年7月~2012年1月接受IVF治疗周期的女性患者95例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELlSA)检测取卵日穿刺留取的卵泡液中VEGF水平,及时记录相应卵子的成熟度及后续胚胎质量,并随访妊娠结局。结果成熟卵组卵泡液中VEGF浓度(2395.1±218.6pg/m1)明显高于未成熟卵(1569.4±166.2pg/m1),两者差异有统计学意义(t=14.120,P〈0.05);优质胚胎组卵泡液中VEGF浓度(3236.7±245.2pg/m1)高于非优质胚胎组(2989.3±258.1pg/mD,两者差异有统计学意义(t=3.400,P〈O.05);妊娠组卵泡液中VEGF浓度(4693.1±326.4pg/m1)高于非妊娠组(2666.6±233.9pg/m1),两者差异有统计学意义(t=26.118,P〈0.05)。结论卵泡液中VEGF的含量可以预测IVF—ET的结局。 Objective To study the relationship between the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the out- comes of pregnancy in infertility patients undergoing IVF-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) treatment. Methods 95 cases of fe male patients undergoing IVF treatment cycle were selected from July 201t to January 2012. The enzyme-linked immunosor- bent assay (ELISA) were used to detect VEGF levels of COH Day puncture specimens in the follicular fluid, and corre- sponding eggmaturity and subsequent embryo quality were timely recorded and the outcome of pregnancy were observed fol- low-up. Results VEGF concentration (2 395.1±218.6 pg/ml) of the follicular fluid in mature eggs was significantly higher than that of the immature oocytes (1 569.4± 166.2 pg/ml), the difference was statistically significant (t = 14. 120, P〈 0. 05);the VEGF levels (3 236.7±245.2 pg/ml) of follicular fluid in the quality embryonic group was higher than that of the non-quality embryo group (2 989.3±258.1 pg/ml), the difference was statistically significant (t= 3. 400,P〈0.05). The VEGF levels (4 693.1±326.4 pg/ml) of follicle fluid in the pregnancy was higher than that of the non-pregnant group (2 666.6±233.9 pg/ml) ,the difference was statistically significant (t=26. 118,P〈0.05). Conclusion The outcome of IVF-ET might be predicted by detecting the levels of VEGF in follicular fluid.
