基于XK7132数控铣床几何误差补偿技术的研究与应用

摘要 三轴数控机床存在21项几何误差,导致机床进给运动时产生空间误差,影响机床的加工精度。通过坐标轴的齐次变换矩阵,建立了XYTZ型三轴数控机床的几何误差模型。通过对数控机床定位误差的测量,并基于数控系统的误差补偿功能,对机床实行反向间隙补偿和螺距误差补偿。补偿结果表明通过对机床定位误差补偿可以有效减小几何误差的不利影响。 Three - axes CNC machine tool exists 21 geometric errors which cause space movement error when the machine are moving for cutting , and processing precision has been reduced . The geometric error compensation model has been buih in this article by Homogeneous transformation matrix. After the positioning error measured ,the blacklash and pitch error are compensated based on the CNC system error compensation function, it is proved that the geometric errors can be reduced effectively when positioning error is compensated .
