联合检测血清HbA1c和Cys-c对Ⅰ型糖尿病肾病早期诊断的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对I型糖尿病肾病不同病期患者的血清中糖化血红蛋白扣胱抑素-C的联合检测,评价其组合对I型糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值。方法选择本院2011年6月至2012年5月住院确诊为I型糖尿病肾病患者119例和同期健康体检者86例,在BECKMANCX4全自动生化分析仪同时检测样本血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-c的含量。结果I型糖尿病肾病患者检测血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-c浓度水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异呈显著性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。I型糖尿病肾病患者不同病期的血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-c浓度水平呈递增性升高,趋势呈正相关,各期与I期比枝差异呈显著性(P〈0.05)。结论血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-C测定有助于I型糖尿病肾病早期诊断,能为临床医生提供可靠准确有价值的诊断指导依据。 Objective Through the I diabetes nephropathy patients with different disease period of serum glycated hemoglobin and Cystatin C joint detection, evaluation of the combination I diabetes nephropathy early diagnosis value. Methods Choose the June 2011 to May 2012 in hospital I diagnosed diabetes nephropathy patients in 119 cases and 86 cases of the same period the healthy checkup, BECKMAN CX4 automatic biochemical analyzer and testing sample serum glycated hemoglobin and Cystatin C. Results I diabetes nephropathy patients in the measurement of serum glycated hemoglobin and bladder or element - C concentration level is obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups (p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0. 01 ). ] diabetes nephropathy patients different disease period the serum glycared hemoglobin and Cystafin C concentration level is increasing resistance increases, a positive correlation between trend, each period and period comparative differences are significant (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion Serum glycated hemoglobin and Cystatin C determination helps to I type diabetic nephropathy early diagnosis, clinical doctors can provide reliable accurate valuable diagnostic basis for guidance.
