摘要
目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys C)的水平在肾病早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法测定110例肾功能损害患者血清中Cys C,苦味酸法测定血清肌酐,尿酶电极法测定血清尿素氮,按照肾小球滤过率(eGFR)的水平分为5期,并对各期进行相关性分析。结果:110例肾功能损伤患者,各期血清Cys C水平随eGFR的降低而逐渐升高(P<0.01);5期之间Cys C水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);1～5期血清Cys C异常检出率分别为52.94%、64.29%、92.00%、100.00%、100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清Cys C是早期诊断肾小球滤过功能的敏感指标,在肾病早期诊断方面有重要的临床价值。
Objective：To explore the value of serum cystatin C（Cys C） levels in determining the impairment of early renal function.Methods：Serum Cys C in 110 cases with renal function impairment was detected by an automated particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay method,serum creatinine was determined by picricacid method and serum urea by urea enzymatic method,all of which were divided into 5 periods according to the level of glomerular filtration rate（eGFR）,and the correlation analysis was carried out.Results：The serum level of Cys C increased with the decrease of the eGFR level in the 110 cases（P0.01）.The Cys C concentration levels had statistical meaning between the 5 periods（P0.01）.The abnormal detection in the 5 periods was 52.94%,64.29%,92.00%,100.00% and 100.00%,respectively.The difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusions：Serum Cys C is a sensitive indicator reflecting early renal damage,which is of great value in diagnosis of early renal diseases.
