摘要
目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽注射液联合抗生素预防开放性骨折术后感染的临床效果。方法:96例开放性骨折患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各48例,对照组根据药敏试验选择对症选择抗菌药物。试验组在对照组基础上应用甘露聚糖肽注射液,术前1天开始,每天1次,10mg/次,静脉点滴,观察患者治疗前后临床症状、免疫指标的变化。结果:两组感染并发症发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.36,P=0.037),术后第3天创口分泌物两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.85,P=0.049)。术后第4、7天时试验组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞各项指标均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者平均住院时间为(21.12 3.97)天,较对照组(23.89 4.05)天缩短了2.77天,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.033)。但术后第4、7天临床总有效率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽注射液可提高患者免疫功能,促进机体恢复,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the Clinical effect of Mannatide Injection combined with antimicrobial agents in preventing the open fracture postoperative infection.Methods：96 patients with open fractures were divided into treatment group（n=48）and control group（n=48） randomly,The patients in control group were administrated with conventional therapy,according to drug sensitivity test of choice for the symptomatic antibiotic.The patients in treatment group were administrated with Mannatide Injection 10mg/d from 1d before operative to to 6d post-operation on the basis of the control group.The level of immunity indexes were investigated and clinical effects were observed postoperatively.Results：There were significant differences in the two groups in terms of infection complications（χ2=4.36,P=0.037）and wound secretions 3 ds post-operation（χ2=3.85,P=0.049）.There were no significant differences in the content of CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、NK between the two groups at the forth postoperative day and the seventh postoperative day（P0.05）.The average hospitalization time of treatment group was（21.12±3.97） days,2.77 days shorter than the control group（23.89±4.05） days,there were no significant differences between the two groups.There were no significant differences between the two groups at the forth postoperative day and the seventh postoperative day（P0.05） in terms of total clinical effective rate.Conclusion：Mannatide injection is worthy of popularization and application,which can improve the immune function of patients,promote the body recovery,Shorten hospital stays,and improve the clinical efficacy.
