摘要
社会整体的诚信危机需要研究者反思传统的信任研究方法,并科学地考察和界定公共生活中的信任。后工业化过程中公共信任的凸显与公共性在公共组织、私人组织和非营利性组织等社会组织中的重叠及这些组织的社会责任的普泛化和理性化密切相关。公共信任问题是公众对负有公共责任的社会组织的"公共质疑"的累积,是削弱社会整体诚信度,引起社会道德危机的首因。公共信任问题及其导致的社会诚信危机使公共信任管理成为社会管理创新中的基本问题。因此,必须对公共信任进行有效的研究、管理,从而使之成为一种客观的社会整合力量。
The social trust crisis needs us to rethink profoundly the type of trust in public life.The sharp appearance of public trust in Post-Industrial Society is collect with the social responsibilities including the private organizations,non-profit organizations and government.Problems for public trust come from the public doubts to those organizations which have public responsibilities.They are the direct factors which trigger the public moral crisis nationwide.The effective management to public trust will be very useful and indispensable.
