摘要
测定了三氯化铝 (AlCl3)染毒小鼠血清和脾脏微量元素Zn、Cu含量 ,从微量元素角度探讨了铝对小鼠免疫功能的影响。实验用健康成龄小鼠 3 0只 ,随机分为 3组 :正常对照组 (简称对照组 )、AlCl3低剂量染毒组 (简称低铝组 )和AlCl3高剂量染毒组 (简称高铝组 )。实验结束后测定血清和脾脏微量元素Zn、Cu含量。数据均经统计学处理。结果表明 ,AlCl3使小鼠血清和脾脏Zn含量下降。与对照组比较 ,低铝组P <0 0 5、高铝组P <0 0 1 ;血清Cu含量虽有下降趋势 ,但尚未达到统计学意义 ,而脾脏Cu却上升 ,高铝组与对照组比较P <0 0 5。提示铝可致小鼠免疫功能下降。
To determine the Zn and Cu content in serum and spleen of mice exposed to AlCl 3 and to study aluminium effects of immune function on mice, 30 mice were divided into three groups: normal control group, low AlCl 3 exposure group and high AlCl 3 exposure group.The three groups were experimented.The results showed that the serum Zn content and spleen Zn content decreased compared with normal control group (the low P <0 05, the high P <0 01). And the spleen Cu content increased significantly in the high AlCl 3 groups ( P <0 05). It concluded that aluminium can induce low immune function in mice.
