摘要
目的为临床安全应用香妃夏露治疗腋臭提供基础依据。方法采用家兔12只(8雄、4雌)和雄性豚鼠20只随机分组同时进行了皮肤刺激性和长期毒性实验。结果香妃夏露皮肤病理学检查无不良影响。结论香妃夏露对皮肤无刺激性;对心、脑、肾、肝、皮肤无毒性作用。
Objective To provide fundamental bases for using Xiangfeixialu to treat bromhidrosis in clinic. Methods Skin stimulation test and long-term toxicity test were carried were carried out on 12rabbits（8 males and 4 females ） and 20 male cavia cobayas which were in randomization simultaneously. Results Xiangfeixialu given per cutem, when the dose was 20 times of the clinical dose, it was nonirritant to the skin of cavia cobayas and rabbits, and the pathematology checking indicated that Xiangfeixialu had no harmful effects on cardia, brain, kidney, liver and skin. Conclusion Xiangfeixialu has no stimulation on skin , and no toxic actions on cardia, brain, kidney, liver and skin.
