摘要
目的:规范门诊中成药处方,指导临床合理使用中成药。方法:对我院2011年中成药的用药频度及抽查的29 593张门诊中成药处方进行分析,对不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果:不合理用药处方355张,占总数的1.2%。不合理用药情况涉及无医师签章、处方未写诊断、药品用量不规范、适应证和遴选药物不适宜、用法用量频率不适宜、重复给药、配伍禁忌相互作用等。结论:加强处方定期检查和质量监督,提高处方质量,保证患者用药的安全和经济。
Objective：To standardize the Chinese patent medicine（CPM） prescriptions in our hospital to guide the rational use in clinic.Method：The use frequency of CPM and 29 593 CPM prescriptions for outpatients in our hospital in the year of 2011 were analyzed. Result：Totally 355 irrational prescriptions were found.The irrational prescription rate was 1.2%.The problems of the irrational prescriptions were various,including absence of diagnosis or doctor＇s signature,irrational dosage or usage,mismatch of medical insurance indication,iterative or unmatched CPM selection,and incompatibility or interaclion.Conclusion：To ensure the safe use of CPM and lower the drug expenditure,the prescription writing and administration should be strictly executed through strengthening the prescription quality management and increasing the frequency of periodic inspection.
