摘要
目的提高处方质量,促进临床合理应用中成药,保障医疗安全。方法随机抽取某院2012-03～08门诊中成药处方6 266张采用回顾性分析方法,对处方中的不合理用药进行归纳分析总结。结果 6 266张中成药处方中,不合理处方256张占4.09%,包括重复用药、用法用量不合理、无适应证用药、用药禁忌、配伍不合理及药物相互作用等情况。结论医院应重视中成药的合理应用,临床医师和药师需要进一步加强中医药知识的学习。
Objective To improve the quality of prescriptions,promote the proper clinical use of proprietary Chinese medicines,and to ensure medical safety.Methods A total of 6 266 prescriptions including proprietary Chinese medicines sampled from March to August 2012 in a hospital clinic were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 6 266 prescriptions,there were 256 improper prescriptions（4.09%）,including repeated medication,unreasonable administration and dosage,no indications,contraindications,incompatibility and interactions of drugs etc.Conclusion Proper application of proprietary Chinese medicines should be paid more attention,doctors and pharmacists need to learn more knowledge about traditional Chinese medicines.
