竹叶制取叶绿素铜钠盐的工艺研究 被引量:19

摘要 由竹叶制取叶绿素铜钠盐 ,采用先置铜后皂化的工艺可降低叶绿素在加工过程中的损失 ,节约有机溶剂 ,缩短反应时间 ,有利于叶绿素铜钠盐的精制。工艺条件是 :在乙醇浓度为 80 %、pH值为2~ 3、温度为 50℃、加入 2 0 %CuSO4 溶液搅拌置铜 30min ;用 10 %NaOH溶液调pH值为 11于回流状态下搅拌皂化 15min ,得叶绿素铜钠盐的粗品 ;再经一系列的净化处理 ,得到吸光值A1%1cm4 0 5nm≥ 56 8,A4 0 5/A6 30 为 3.3~ 4 . The sodium copper chlorophyllin was made from bamboo leaves.The technological process that first 20% CuSO 4 displaced Mg 2+ in chlorophyll was studied and then copper chlorophyllin was saponified could reduce losses of chlorophyll in processing and save volume of organic solvent and shorten reaction time.The parameters of technological process were as follows:the replacement time of 20% CuSO 4 and chlorophyll was 30 min in conditions of 80% alcohol、2~3 pH and 50℃;pH value of solution was adjusted 11 by 10% NaOH and saponification time was 15 min in conditions of distillation and stir.The semifinished product of soudium copper chlorophyllin was purified through a series of steps.The product with purity A 1% 1cm 405 nm≥568,A 405 /A 630 3.3~4.0 was got.
