用蚕粪生产高置换率叶绿素a锌钠盐的工艺条件初探 被引量:7

The Preliminary Exploration on Processing Conditions for High Replacement Ratio of Sodium Zinc Chlorophyllin Using Silkworm Excretion

摘要 提高锌置换率是提高叶绿素锌钠盐质量的保证。选择乙醇质量分数、pH值、反应温度及加锌量4个主要生产工艺条件作为试验因子,每个因子各设3个水平,采用正交试验设计和SAS统计软件进行结果分析,得出用蚕粪生产叶绿素a锌钠盐的最适生产条件是:加锌量为理论值的2.5倍,乙醇质量分数95%,pH 1.5、温度55℃。在此条件下的叶绿二酸锌络合量为3.32?,最大置锌率为35.1%。 How to increase the ratio of the replacement of zinc is the guarantee of increasing the quality of sodium zinc chlorophyllin. In order to establish the most suitable technology during the course of synthesizing sodium zinc chlorophyllin, four main conditions, such as the amount of zinc added, the concentration of ethanol, the reaction temperature and the pH value were chosen as experimental factors, and each factor was divided into three levels, SAS statistic analysis software and orthogonal experiment design method were used. The results showed that zinc added was 2.5 times as much as theoretical amount, the ethanol concentration must be controlled 95%, the pH value was 1.5, and the reaction temperature was at 55℃. According this processing condition, the maximum ratio of zinc replacement is 35.1% and the quantity of zinc complexation is 3.32% of sodium zinc pheophorbin a.
