含氮废水亚硝化型硝化的研究 被引量:20

摘要 介绍了含氮废水的亚硝化型硝化脱氮的理论和特点 ,并通过实验研究了pH值、温度、氨氮初始浓度、曝气量对亚硝化型硝化的影响 ,用单纯形方法优化出最佳条件为 :水温 30℃、pH为 8.1、初始氨氮浓度 14 0mg/L、曝气率 6 8%的条件下 ,亚硝酸根转化率可达 96 .2 % ,并且亚硝酸根不进一步转化为硝酸根 。 The theory and feature of a new nitrogen removal method were introduced in the paper. The factors, such as temperature, pH, ammonia concentration and DO, which affect the nitrosification process, were studied. The optimum condition:pH=8.1,temperature 30℃, ammonium nitrogen concentration 140 mg/L and ratio of air supply 68%, were got with controlled weight central simplex method . It has been shown from experimental results that the stable nitrosification can be reached , and 96.2% conversion rate of nitrite was got with the optimum condition , i.e., nitrosification of ammonium nitrogen wastewater is feasible.
