摘要
目的探讨使用内镜方法行微创额颞部除皱提升术的效果及在面部年轻化手术中的应用。方法对接受内镜额颞部手术的34例美容就医者进行3个月至2年的随访，通过观察眉上提的效果和上眼睑形态的改善、额纹及眼角纹的消失和（或）减少程度、美容就医者的满意度、术后瘢痕情况、额部麻木感持续时间等来综合评价微创内镜技术行额颞部除皱提升的效果。结果用微创内镜技术额颞部除皱可以有效地去除和（或）减轻额颞部动态性皱纹和静态性皱纹，且提升效果确切，作用较持久；术后会有额部麻木感觉，但大多美容就医者3～6个月后恢复；无明显手术痕迹，无脱发发生，美容就医者满意。结论微创内镜技术行额颞部除皱提升创伤小、恢复快。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of endoscope-assisted minimally invasive procrdures in facelift. Methods 34 patients were followed up, who were subjected to endoscope-assisted mini-invasive facelift for upper one third face from July 2006 to March 2008, and the effectiveness of eyebrow lift, the morphology of upper eyelids, the wrinkle disappearance/decrease in frontotemporal area, the scar and numbness feeling period after operation and individual satisfactory degree were observed and analyzed. Results With the endoscope-assisted technique, good rejuvenation results were achieved and wrinkles （transitory and persistent） in frontotemporal area were effectively diminished for a long time. The numbness feeling in forehead might last for 3-6 months after operation and mostly disappeared even tually. No obvious scar and alopecie occured after operation. The individual satisfaction degree was high （96 %） . Conclusion Endoscope-assisted mini-invasive procedure is a good choice for upper one third face rejuvenation with a short recovery period.
