摘要
铜扁线加工一直沿用传统的“铸杆—拉拔—退火”工艺 ,其生产工序多、周期长、成本高 ,原料尺寸与产品规格有关 ,不利于多品种、小批量的生产模式。本文介绍新近研究开发的连续挤压方法生产铜扁线技术 ,可采用统一规格的原材料 ,通过连续挤压一道工序即可生产出符合标准的软态铜扁线。尤其是产品电导率高、表面无毛刺。
The traditional production of copper strips by the process of rod casting wire drawing annealing has a number of drawbacks such as too many work steps, long production period, high cost, product size related to raw materials size etc., which is not suitable for small batch production of a great varieties of pro ducts. This article presents a newly developed continuous extrusion technique, which produces required annealed copper strips by only one work step—continuous extrusion—from materials of unified size. The technique features especially high conductivity and free of burrs on the strip surface.
