Development of a coin type wet electric double layer capacitor.

摘要 极化电极、电解液和隔离膜是液体双电层电容器的主要组成部分。实验分析了它们对电容器电性能的影响。在此基础上 ,试制出的模型电容器的电容量 C超过 1F,漏电流 IL (2 V偏压下 )小于 0 .5 m A,等效串联电阻 ESR低于 10Ω。 ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 19, No 3, P 23 24 (Jun 2000) In Chinese Electric double layer capacitors consist of polarizing electrodes, working electrolyte and separating film. Their influences on the electric properties are studied. Based on the study, a new electric double layer capacitor is developed, ofwhich, the capacitance is above 1 F, leakage current less than 0 5 mA (bias voltage 2 V) and ESR is blow 10 Ω. (3 refs)
