摘要
采用竹炭基活性炭在不同的工艺条件下制备电极,并组装成电容去离子模拟装置。考察了原材料的配比、电极厚度及载炭量对电极性能的影响,探索了溶液的pH、两极间的电压及两极间的距离与模拟装置去离子效果的关系。结果表明:最优化模拟装置去除废水中Cu2+、Pb2+等重金属离子可达75%左右。
Bamboo-based activated carbon has been used for preparing electrode under different conditions and for assembling capacitance deionization simulator. The effects of proportion of raw material, electrode thickness and carrying capacity of carbon on the performance of the electrode are investigated. Moreover, the relation between the performances of the simulator and pH of solution, voltage and distance between two electrodes are discussed. The results indicate that about 75% of heavy metal ions, such as Cu^2+,pb^2+ in water can be removed by the optimized simulated device.
