摘要
"媒体湖南数据库"的建设是以各种现代信息技术为基础,依托厚重的湖湘文化历史积淀及其资源优势,全面、系统地收集境内外媒体对湖南各方面的报导而建成的一个集湖南媒体数据于一体的数据库信息平台。通过对媒体信息资源的组织和数据库系统平台的构建来研究与探讨"媒体湖南数据库"的建设与开发,以及依托数据库开展特色信息服务的方法与举措。
＂ Media Hunan Database ＂ construction is based on modern information technology as the foundation,relying on heavy Huxiang culture history and its resource advantage,comprehensive,systematic collection of domestic and foreign media reports on various aspects of Hunan and built a set of Hunan media data in one database information platform.According to the media information resources organization and database system platform construction to research and explore ＂ media Hunan database＂ development and construction,as well as relying on database begin characteristic information service method and measure.
